Our Mission
Beings Not Burdens is a youth-powered nonprofit that believes no animal — wild or domestic — should be treated as disposable. We spread awareness, educate young people, advocate through petitions, and connect shelter animals to forever homes.
From ocean depths to old-growth forests, from backyard wildlife to shelter dogs — every being matters. Our chapters across the U.S. turn that belief into action every single day.
